This is a quick little pillow cover to make to decorate your home during patriotic holidays. I used my left over fabrics from my Apple Core Flag Quilt.

This is the small apple core template from Quilter’s paradise to make the pillow. This is a slit system that you cut after cutting the template. Sew your slits together, no pinning.
To make the pillow I just laid it out on the floor, sewed the rows together and quickly quilted and did a slip in back so its easy to remove the pillow and put away simply.
I did a bias binding around the pillow, super sweet and simple. Cute idea for all holidays!
