I just found the Cut Rite template system, I’ve used 3 of their templates so far and have been extremely happy.

The pattern was a free project from Blend Fabrics using the line Aquarious.

The slit system in the template is what makes it so easy. This went together super fast, It took me about 6 hours to make the top. I used the 8″ template and just followed the layout in the Blend project.
I found it easier to sew the “L” shape on top. This just went together really well, I can’t wait to quilt it, so pretty!
